Our summer residential will run again this year from Tuesday the 29th of June 0830am until 12pm on Friday the 3rd of July on our Carmarthen campus. We are looking to recruit 12 ambassadors that are able to commit to the whole time and will need to stay over night for 3 nights on our Carmarthen campus. Working will be subject to successfully completing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check with us. Ambassadors will be required to support and deliver sessions, take responsibility for allocated groups of students, follow a structured timetable, and work shifts between 7:30am and 11:00pm, with allocated breaks. A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities is essential, including maintaining professional boundaries, following UWTSD safeguarding procedures, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants at all times. An ambassador briefing will be delivered prior to the start of the residential, and uniform will be provided. The role requires enthusiasm, reliability and a commitment to ensuring that students from across England and Wales have a positive, safe and memorable experience at UWTSD. A one-off payment of £450 will be made to each ambassador who works the full residential period. Application Deadline: 09/02/2026
