This form is mandatory for all contractors / sub-contractors who work on behalf of the University. The University's Contractor Code of Conduct details the minimum standards it expects its’ contractors to work to. Depending on the type of work you complete on behalf of the University there may be topics within the code that are not relevant to you. The University, however, requires all of our contractors to confirm acceptance and therefore a willingness to proactively meet its’ requirements. This form is to be completed by a person who has the knowledge and authority to read and accept the contents of the Code of Conduct. Contractors working for UWTSD are required to hold Public Liability insurance to a minimum of £5 million and Employers' Liability (where applicable). Larger construction projects will require a higher indemnity level to be agreed. Further details on Contractor Insurance requirements can be found in Section 4 of UWTSD Contractor Code of Conduct.
